Our Services

The PATH Health Consultants workplace wellness program encourages employees to make smart and healthy lifestyle choices through resources, education and example. We focus on four key components – fitness, nutrition, stress management and sleep – to support every employee in maintaining or improving their current health, and/or helping at risk staff manage or prevent the further progression of chronic disease.

PATH’s core program involves onsite employee evaluations including biometric and fitness screenings to detect health risks. We provide ongoing one-on-one consultations and risk management support onsite on a weekly basis for the length of your contract.

Some of our packages are outlined here. Many of our packages can be tailored specifically to meet the needs of your company. We are happy to answer questions and discuss which option is the best fit for your employees and your benefits budget.
